The PryladaRF Shield is installed into the Prylada IoT Gateway when you need to collect data from sensors wirelessly, via a radio channel. The PryladaRF Shield makes the Prylada IoT Gateway function as a master/subordinate of a star/mesh network and enables identification of this network in the Prylada Cloud. With such implementation, sensors are connected to the Prylada WASP, which wirelessly send data to the Prylada IoT Gateway.
